Computer giving you a hard time?
The Blue Screen of Frustration!
Simplified: Generally a hardware failure or driver load failure of some description. Can also be caused by viruses and/or malware or a recently installed driver for new hardware or an upgrade (when we install hardware we test everything!). Solutions best case: Virus/Trojan/Malware clean with uninfected software or driver installation rollback Solutions worst case: Reinstall windows/operating system, new hard disk. Whatever your needs, get friendly expert advice 7 days a week.
No fix, no fee
If we are unable to fix your problem, we will not charge you anything other than the call out fee (if visiting you at home).

Terms and Conditions

If we are unable to fix your computer or laptop there will be no charge other than the call out fee (if visiting you at home).
As we are based in Oxford, we are willing to travel a short distance outside of Oxford for no extra charge. Within 2 miles of Oxford will be covered in the initial call-out fee, any further if we decide to take it, will be charged a fair extra.
There is an initial call-out fee of �25 (that covers up to the first hours work), it is usually best to contact us first to give a short description of the problem so we can give an estimate, some, not all problems can be solved within the first hour.
Where problems are not fixed immediately, it may be suggested that your computer or hardware be taken away and returned the following day at no extra cost depending upon the problem. No extra cost will be incurred without your express permission.
You will be notified of an estimated time-to-fix where computers cannot be fixed within 24 hours. Please note that this may incur an extra charge (to be quoted and agreed before work begins).
Where new parts are needed, you will be provided with a quote before new parts are ordered. We will, with your permission, offer the cheapest possible parts which will be guaranteed.
It is possible parts can be bought cheaper using the auction site eBay. We will be able to quote both from a reputable main dealer, to a comparison of similar/same parts from the auction site eBay. If parts are ordered from ebay then there is greater risk of failure... We will discuss the pros and cons of any choice with you prior to purchasing and will not recommend anything less than we would recommend for ourselves.
We will take utmost care not to damage any of your property. Should an unfortunate event take place, we take no responsibility for any damages that may be incurred unless it is obvious that we are at fault.
If we drop something and it breaks, it is our fault; if we pick something up that is already broken, it is not our fault.
If we are unable to fix your computer's problem, you will only be charged the initial call-out fee unless agreed in advance.
The call out fee must be paid before any parts can be ordered.
